EliTre’s Elite Group, LLC provides comprehensive training programs designed to elevate workforce skills, empower direct support professionals, and equip agencies with the knowledge needed to deliver high‑quality, person‑centered services.
Our Programs strengthen competency across mental health, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, residential care, and community‑based support systems.
Training offerings include basic and advanced instruction in Direct Support Professional skills, mental health support, person-centered planning, residential and group home operations, Supportive Living Services (SLS) and Independent Living Services (ILS) practices, quality assurance and compliance, and community integration strategies.
Each program entity is designed to enhance service delivery, promote safety and dignity, and ensure that individuals receiving support experience meaningful growth and improved quality of life.

- Individual & Family Coordinated Services — Person‑centered planning, care coordination, and supportive guidance for individuals and families navigating complex needs.
- Community Resourcing & Referrals — Connecting consumers and families to essential community supports, benefits, and local service networks.
- Supportive Living Services (SLS) — Customized in‑home and community‑based supports that promote autonomy, safety, and self‑determination for adults with developmental disabilities.
- Independent Living Services (ILS) — Skill‑building and coaching to help individuals develop daily living skills, self‑advocacy, and independence in the home and community.
- Determination Support for Regional Center Consumers — Assistance with navigating eligibility, assessments, appeals, and service planning to ensure consumers receive the supports they are entitled to.
- Group Homes — Providing 24-hour non-medical Safe, supportive residential environments promoting independence, stability, and quality of life for children ages 12-17 years old.
- Adult Residential Facilities—Licensed 24-hour non-medical care settings offering structured support for adults aged 18 to 59 with mental health disorders, developmental disabilities, and physical disabilities.
- Day Programs — Skill‑building, social engagement, and community integration opportunities for adults needing structured daytime support.
- Direct Care Staff Training — High‑quality training for caregivers, DSPs, and residential staff to ensure safe, ethical, and person‑centered service delivery.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance — Monitoring, auditing, and evaluating programs to ensure regulatory alignment, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
